In my family,Tom Yom Kai is the best.Tom Yam Kai is very spicy and delicious.My family eat Tom Yam Kai twice a week.My mother makes Tom Yam Kai very delicious.I love my mom’s recipes are corn fed chicken,bird chilles,garlic cloves,lemon grass,galanga,kaffir cirtrus leaves,fish sauce,salt,water,tamarind water,lemon juice and straw mushrooms.My sister doesn’t like Tom Yam Kai because she doesn’t eat spicy food.Finally,I want to tell you that I love my mom’s Tom Yam Kai.
